T & C's

  1. All retail prices listed are inclusive of VAT.

  2. For bespoke orders we may require ID for any card transaction over £4000, however we will advise you in advance should this be required. 

  3. We reserve the right to remove items from sale at any time.

  4. We do not currently accept card payments over the phone. 

  5. Sometimes we will have different prices instore and online, please forgive us.

  6. Sometimes we might run out of stock before we are able to fulfil your order or strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, accidents or acts of god may occur, on these rare occassions we reserve the right to cancel, and apologise.

  7. All of our prices are in UK Pounds. You will be billed in UK Pounds and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.

  8. We must receive payment in whole for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.

  9. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

  10. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with your rights.

  11. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result are the only people entitled to transact through this site.

  12. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify, unfortunately you cannot use this site.

  13. To cancel your contract you must notify us by email at or telephone us on +44 (0) 207 242 1117 within 24 hours of the order

  14. Until goods have been paid for in full they belong the property of London Rocks.

  15. You are entitled to return your item within 14 days of purchasing, PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. As all items are hand-made, we only offer an exchange or a credit note policy for the value of the item. If the item is faulty we will replace or fix the item.

  16. Until goods have been paid for in full they belong the property of London Rocks.

  17. For any custom orders we require a 50% deposit to proceed with making the piece.

  18. Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable once the full payment has been made, however we can provide the service to make changes to the design where possible. Any expenses incurred by a change of design will be payable by the client.

  19. For all custom orders we offer a life-time re-sizing and polishing service.

  20. For any remake / repair services, London Rocks, cannot hold any responsibility when using materials and stones that haven't been purchased ourselves.
