5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

6. Warranty

Our jewellery is covered by a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
