Clerkenwell is home to a variety of creative practices including architects, branding agencies and craft studios, as well as furniture. In homage to this hub of creativity, Farringdon and the Clerkenwell area host design week that runs from 23rd-25th May each year. In celebration of this week, 25 selected local practices throw open their doors to the festival’s visitors and host workshops, displays and installations. We are proud to be chosen as a Clerkenwell fringe, and to celebrate, we have an exciting experience to offer you!
If you’ve ever fancied being a jeweller for the day, or have ever wondered how our talented workers make beautiful pieces of jewellery, then join our London Rocks experience and hand-carve your own ring! The day will start with coffee and a talk in the shop, where you can get some inspiration from other pieces whilst you talk to our talented craftsmen. We will then move down into the workshop where you will have the chance to sketch out your designs, and then, we start carving! Every individual will be given a piece of wax, and will be guided by our jewellers on the best techniques and effects to use to create their design. We will then cast each design in sterling silver, and either post to individual address to the UK or have them ready to collect in the shop. This process will not take longer than two weeks.

To celebrate Clerkenwell Design Week, we are offering a discounted price of £120 per person. A 10% discount will also be offered to groups of 5 or 6. Courses will be running from Tuesday 23rd till Thursday 25th May from 10am - 2pm
