We know that occasionally you will have a change of heart. We will not take it personally! We will happily exchange any items bought online or in store within 14 days of purchase in store or by post. We will also offer a credit note if nothing inspires you on the day. Our reasons for not giving cash refunds is that each piece has been lovingly hand-made and once it is sold we ask the designer to start beavering away at replacing the piece therefore we hope that once you have seen and tried on the item that you are sure you like it! If the unthinkable happens and your item is faulty we will replace it for you as long as you have your proof of purchase. See our T&Cs for more information on our returns policy.

This is something that is really very important to us so we are proud to adhere to the Kimberley Process and are committed to sourcing our diamonds in the most ethical and environmentally responsible manner. The Kimberley Process, adopted in 2002, regulates 99% of the rough diamond trade worldwide, through a system of import/export controls that prevents conflict diamonds from entering the legitimate supply chain. Key industry representatives, including JA, worked with governments and human rights groups (often called non-governmental organizations, or NGOs) around the world to bring about this solution to the conflict diamond problem. KP is supported and mandated by the United Nations. Today, 69 participating nations and the worldwide diamond industry uphold KP regulations, along with help from NGOs.
- Don't panic, all of our designers can make all of the pieces in any finish that you require. Depending on the stone or finish you require it can add to lead time, but we will keep you informed if this is the case.
